"At first I chose a much larger company then sisnolabs whose name I will not mention out of courtesy. After one month none of the designs they had come up with were even close to the design quality I needed for my customers. In the end we mutually parted ways and I would not go back to use them. sisnolabs was my second choice from the start but should have been my first! Although smaller then some of the other companies in my top 5 list I found this as an advantage. Himlal (the owner) was very accommodating and I could feel like their process was much more flexible then some of the others.

After 4 months of working together I have nothing but good things to say! sisnolabs is a great company. Although communication can be a challenged when working with any overseas company sisnolabs helped the process. We set up a daily routine for testing changes and rolling out new items. Unlike how I think other companies would handle the situation of new requirements along the way sisnolabs was very happy to include things that were not in the original specifications document but agreed were necessary. In some cases they took the lead on pointing out some crucial elements I had missed out in my original spec document / design. Because of this, I have given them a bonus on top of the originally agreed price.

Since doing this project I have started to given them other work on equally large projects."
