Highly technically competent in PHP coding and database-driven systems"Having many projects to run at a time demands a lot of organization and if a tight control is not maintained, things can soon start to go wrong and problems snowball. Outsourcing is today a solution increasingly employed so as to meet critical deadlines and maintain flexibility within a busy software/web development department. My company has been outsourcing software and web development in all its many facets for over 5 years, when doing this, particularly offshore, was relatively new and considered perhaps more risky than it is today.
